Put it in an envelope and include the number of holiday vouchers you’d like to exchange. Please make sure your name and mailing address are listed on your vouchers under “Holder’s name and address”.
Send everything to the following address by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt (we can’t be held responsible if the postal service mishandles your letter): ULYSSE, 3 chemin Moulin, 77610, Marles-en-Brie.
Wait (just a few days). As soon as your vouchers arrive in our mailbox, we’ll add the amount to your account and email you to let you know. Once you get our email, you’ll be ready to book a flight to the destination of your choice. Sounds good, right?
