Voici un point complet sur la situation en f\u00e9vrier 2025.<\/p>\n<h2>Une TVA d\u00e9sormais appliqu\u00e9e sur toutes les locations meubl\u00e9es<\/h2>\n<p>Avant 2025, seules les locations proposant <strong>au moins trois services h\u00f4teliers<\/strong> (accueil personnalis\u00e9, m\u00e9nage, fourniture de linge, petit-d\u00e9jeuner\u2026) \u00e9taient soumises \u00e0 la TVA.
