How do recipients use their card?

They book on ulysse.com like any other customer and enter the card code at checkout. You're giving a travel budget, not a package: each service is booked separately.

Whether it’s a weekend getaway or a big trip, recipients can choose their flight and dates from the offers available on Ulysse.

Hotels

For a getaway or a holiday, the card can contribute towards the cost of a hotel booked on Ulysse.

Car rentals

To explore at their own pace, recipients can use their card to book a car rental on Ulysse.

What an employee committee must check before distributing the cards

The Ulysse gift card is not an ANCV Chèque-Vacances and does not grant the same rights.
No contribution exemption is automatic: treatment depends on the occasion, the amount, the allocation scheme and the recipient's situation.
A committee or employer can buy these cards; the social and tax treatment of the allocation should be checked with your advisor, case by case.

What amounts can you give, and is there a minimum order?: Each card carries a free amount starting at €20; above €5,000 per card, mention it in your request. There is no minimum quantity: a request can cover a single card or a group order. You can combine up to 10 different amounts, for example 50 cards at €100 and 10 cards at €300.
How is the order paid for, and can you get an invoice?: Payment is made by bank transfer, and the cards are issued as soon as its receipt is confirmed. It is the only payment method accepted for now: to pay another way or for a special request, talk to our team. An invoice in the name of your company or employee committee can be sent on request.
How do the cards reach your recipients?: The cards are emailed to the buyer once payment is confirmed: one e-card you can also print for a hand delivery. You then hand them out to your recipients.
Can a recipient use several cards on the same booking?: Yes: several codes can be entered at checkout, and each card keeps its balance and expiry date.
What happens if a booking paid with a card is cancelled?: The cancellation terms are those of the booked offer: they are shown before payment. If a booking is cancelled, our team tells the recipient how amounts paid by gift card are handled.
