Have a question about your booking?

Does the airline have to accept cryptocurrency?

You pay for your booking on Ulysse, not directly with the airline. Choose the cryptocurrency option if it's available at checkout.

How do I pay from my crypto wallet?

Select cryptocurrency payment on Ulysse, then follow the provider’s instructions. Before confirming the transfer, check that your wallet supports the currency and network, and verify the amount and deadline.

What happens if I cancel my booking?

The cancellation terms for your ticket, room or rental apply regardless of the payment method. If you’re entitled to a refund, contact Ulysse to find out how it will be processed. Don’t assume it will be paid in the same cryptocurrency or at the same exchange rate.

I’ve made the transfer, but my booking hasn’t been confirmed. What should I do?

Sending a transfer doesn’t mean your booking is confirmed. Check its status on Ulysse. If your payment or booking is still pending, contact our team with your booking reference. Don’t make a second payment before checking with us.
